Practical information
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit upon booking.
One month before arrival, please pay the remaining 50%.
7 days before your arrival, please pay the deposit of 200,- euros and we will return it to you after your stay, after deduction of water/gas/electricity consumption (calculated on the out/in index at the price mentioned in the contract).

60 days before your stay full refund.
To take with you
Standard rental: Please pack your duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase for 4 double beds, 2 single beds. Don't forget your bath towel, hand towel and kitchen towels.
OR ASK US!
We provide you with a set of sheets and towels if you wish to travel light; we charge €100 for the complete set for 10 people, regardless of the length of your stay. This includes delivery before your arrival, return and cleaning after your stay of sheets and towels. It is not possible to order the partial set per person. Please mention this when booking!
Cleaning
The apartment will be clean upon your arrival.
When you leave, please tidy up the entire apartment.
The deposit will cover the damage (please tell us no worries!) and the cleaning (package 40 euros).
Pets
If you would like to bring a dog or cat, please let us know in advance.
Car park
Parking for 1 car: the location number will be communicated to you on your arrival.
Please do not park in a location other than the one communicated.
